Affirmative Action Is Dead — Is AI the Next Battleground for Equity?

The Supreme Court's abolishment of affirmative action has created a void in DEI efforts, particularly in tech. The rise of AI presents both a risk and an opportunity in this new landscape. But did you know that Hispanic and Black women make up only 2% of AI professionals? And, overall, Black and Hispanics only make up 9% of AI professionals? There is a big lack of diversity in those who are creating AI. So, where will this lead us and how do we fix the problem?
